JBC provides strategic advisory, sales training, decision-quality systems, digital products, newsletter content, and related services through the Site. Services include but are not limited to the Black Ledger Sigil™ system, Emotion Over Pitch™ training, advisory engagements, digital downloads, and The Black Ledger newsletter.

All content on this Site — including text, copy, frameworks, methodology, branding, design, logos, and digital products — is the intellectual property of James Black Consulting. Black Ledger Sigil™, Emotion Over Pitch™, EQUi-L™, One Good Decision™, and Gomitas Co™ are trademarks of their respective entities.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission from JBC.

4. User Conduct

Advisory and consulting engagements are subject to separate agreements between JBC and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer of services. All engagements are by application and mutual agreement.

By subscribing to The Black Ledger newsletter, you consent to receive email communications from JBC. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Your email address will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
