12 weekly group calls
90 minutes every Thursday at 12:00 PM CST. James opens with a tactical breakdown. The frameworks, the protocols, the operating logic that runs the Black Ledger Sigil system. Then we move to hot-seat coaching. The operators who showed up that week with a real decision on the table get worked through it in real time, in front of the room.
You don't watch other people's transformations. You watch other operators make better decisions live, and you take notes that apply directly to yours.

The Daily 5 Protocol
The non-negotiables that compound decision quality faster than anything else:
- Set and review your goals 3 times daily
- Work out 45 minutes until you sweat
- Read 10 pages of non-fiction
- Meditate 10 minutes
- Make one good decision and rate its difficulty
This is not productivity theater. This is the daily operating rhythm that gives the impostor voice less and less to work with every week, until by day 90 it has run out of evidence.

I built this room because it's the room I needed 10 years ago and didn't have.
I've spent the last decade learning to kill the impostor voice in real time, under pressure, while operating multiple companies, raising a family of 10, and navigating regulatory environments most operators never touch.
I named mine Jimmy.
He's the voice my grandfather installed when I was small enough to believe a name could decide a future. He kept me alive when I was a kid. Then he kept trying to run the meeting long after the meeting had changed.
I'm not selling theory. I'm running the protocol every day. The War Room is the room where I bring other operators into it.
